

FIRM OVERVIEW
Pailet, Meunier and LeBlanc, L.L.P., Certified Public Accountants and Management Consultants is organized under the professional limited liability partnership regulations of the State of Louisiana. The Firm was organized on September 1, 1974 and is headquartered in Metairie, Louisiana. Pailet, Meunier and LeBlanc, L.L.P has consistently been listed as one of the largest firms in the Greater New Orleans area.
Pailet, Meunier and LeBlanc, L.L.P. provides accounting, tax, auditing, litigation support, and management consulting services to our clients. In addition to these services, the Firm has significant experience with governmental regulatory and compliance issues.
Pailet, Meunier, and LeBlanc, LLP is an independent member of IGAF Polaris, a global association of independent accounting firms and business advisors. Each independent member of IGAF Polaris is a separate firm and an independent legal entity. IGAF Polaris is not a partnership and independent member firms are not acting as agents of IGAF Polaris or other independent firms. IGAF Polaris is among the strongest associations of independent accounting firms in the world, comprised of over 350 highly successful independent public accounting firms in over 85 countries. Formed from a merger in 2011, IGAF Polaris provides its independent member firms with tools and resources to help them furnish superior accounting, auditing, tax and management services to clients around the globe. Through IGAF Polaris, independent member firms offer the strength and capabilities of a large, worldwide organization with technical depth and geographic reach impossible for a local firm alone.
The Firm is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants, and is registered with the Public Company Oversight Board (PCOAB).
Pailet, Meunier and LeBlanc, L.L.P. is a member of the PCPS Firm Practice Center, the Center for Public Company Audit Firms of the AICPA, and the Government Audit Quality Center. The Firm has undergone a voluntary peer review program since 1978 and has recently received its seventh SEC peer review report, which showed no exceptions to our quality control system. This result is the highest possible rating in the peer review process. These peer review reports and required workpapers are on file with the SEC Division of Firms.
QUALITY CONTROL
The principal objectives of Pailet, Meunier and LeBlanc, L.L.P. are to provide outstanding service and uniform high quality work for our clients. In order to achieve uniform high quality work that is efficiently performed, we have developed and adhere to a quality control document that sets forth the philosophy, systems and procedures of the Firm. This document was designed to meet the spirit, as well as the regulations and pronouncements, of all applicable professional and regulatory bodies, such as the AICPA, SLCPA, SEC, etc. It was also designed to satisfy the personal codes of ethics and professional standards of the partners and staff of our Firm.
We have recently undergone our seventh peer review in conformity with the quality control standards promulgated by the Peer Review Committee for the Center of Public Company Audit Firms (CPCAF) Peer Review Program of the AICPA. The peer review evaluated and tested our Firm’s quality control policies and procedures. These tests included the application of our Firm’s policies and procedures on selected accounting and auditing engagements. In the opinion of the independent peer review team, our system of quality control met the objectives of quality control standards established by the AICPA. In addition, we were found to be in conformity with the membership requirements of the AICPA CPCAF.

We believe that the true measurement of our Firm’s qualifications lies in the accumulated individual skills, experiences, and motivation of all our personnel, and their desire to render excellent personalized services. Therefore, Pailet, Meunier and LeBlanc, L.L.P. commits to a strong professional development program that embodies recognition of the continuing obligation of personnel to maintain their competence during their professional careers. As such, we have established policies whereby our continuing education requirements meet and/or exceed those required by our professional societies and the government agencies for both our professional and support staff.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Our firm has been in existence since 1974 and our partners, as well as a number of our staff, have had extensive and valuable experience with large national CPA firms. The firm of Pailet, Meunier and LeBlanc, L.L.P. and a number of its staff have had significant regulatory, accounting, auditing, and management services experience with governmental agencies, non-profit organizations and large corporations.
